Notes to the rental rates
SPECIAL OFFER IF YOU CONFIRM MORE THAN 4 MONTH BEFORE. The balance due has to be paid at the beginning of your holiday, together with a 250 euros security deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday, all being well. A deposit of 40% of the balance is payable to secure booking dated. Price includes: electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. Linen are provided. Rental periods commence on Saturday afternoons. We would ask that you do not arrive before 5:00pm to ensure that the property is ready for your arrival, and departing time is 12:00am (Saturday). Cancellations: If booking is cancelled three month before the chosen date for the holiday, the booking fee will be refunded with a € 100,00 deduction. If booking is cancelled between the 90th and the 45th day in advance, € 100,00 will be refunded. Nothing will be refunded for cancellations arrived 44 days preceding the chosen date.
